The band won the Ivor Novello Award for international achievement in 2002,[6] and were also inducted into the Hollywood RockWalk in Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, California during their United States tour in 2005. As of October 2009, the band has played over 2000 live shows during their career. For the past 30 years, the band has been supported by their famous mascot, "Eddie the Head", who has appeared on almost all of their album and single covers, as well as their live shows.

Well, its Sunday. A normal "take a break" and "take a rest day" for us, the comet crew. As usual, "armed" with my lappy, strong black coffee & Marlboro lights, i was thinking, "have we(Comet) produce/importing any ladies wear?". Yeah i agreed we are lack of resource but we are still concern and search what's best(trend) to be wear off for our local ladies especially in KL. So i do some research and part of our aim and target now is to find what's best in terms of street wear and any trendy/ contemporary fashion from all S.E.A. and Asia-Pac. Indie Youth Festival 2010

Happening around Klang-Valley from the 1st to 10th October 2010, kindly block your schedule and calender because Indie Youth Fest is happening around this date. As per stated in Junkonline, it is going to be a 10-day long series of events and gigs. Each of the show features a wide range of artists with different background of genre meaning, there's something for everyone regardless you are a metal heads, Pop punk, Jazz, Acoustic (and etc) music lovers.
Indiependent music lovers should not miss their opening & closing party. Why? simply because they have such a great performers like Dichi Michi and many more at Palate Pallette during the opening party and as for closing ceremony, it will be ended with a two-day celebration at Berjaya Times Square. Backpackers Music Festival Putrajaya 2011

"Can i crash at this event backpacking even my house takes 15 minutes to Putrajaya?" Of course you can! Because this proposed event will be held 3 Days and 2 Nights by the Malaysian Backpackers Club. Therefore, if you would like to attend this event, help the Malaysian Backpackers Club to complete their survey and feedback through this proposal as posted in Facebook event page.
What's good at this event? Since it is going to like a WOODSTOCK (excluding drugs, sex and other related negative elements) concept, there will be open concert, day and night bazaar and few other side event. For the convenient of attendees , backpackers are provided with a place to set-up our individual camp as well.
We, the Comet Crew somehow predicted this event will take place somewhere in between January to April next year. Weather and seasonal reason? well maybe however, if we see the trend & pattern of international and huge events entertainment organized in Malaysia (especially in KL), most of the events takes place during this range of period.
So if want to make this happen,help to give some ideas to improve this event after you click "Yes" or "I'm Attending" button at their posted event page in Facebook.
This even is going to be the biggest Backpackers meet-up for all fellow backpackers locally and internationally.So backpackers and event goers, let's make this happen!
